By requesting services or purchasing products from Bay Area Cleaning and Product Resale LLC, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including California consumer and business regulations.

1. Services Offered
Bay Area Cleaning and Product Resale LLC provides:
• Residential and commercial cleaning services
• Resale of cleaning and related products
All services and sales are subject to availability and agreement between both parties at the time of booking or purchase.

2. Booking and Cancellation
• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows or denied access to the property at the time of service will be charged the full service amount or a minimum service fee.

Clients must ensure that our team has safe and clear access to the property. If pets are present, they must be secured during service. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if conditions pose a health or safety risk to our team.

4. Supplies and Equipment
We use our own professional cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise requested by the client. If the client provides products or equipment, we are not liable for any damage or ineffective results caused by their use.

5. Damages and Liability
• Our staff is trained to handle your property with care.
• Any damages or issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion.
• Bay Area Cleaning and Product Resale LLC holds general liability insurance, but is not responsible for pre-existing damages or for damage to items that were unstable, improperly secured, or not disclosed to us.

6. Payment Terms
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all services and product sales provided by Bay Area Cleaning and Product Resale LLC.

SECTION 1: CLEANING SERVICES
1.1 Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to deliver the highest quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied:
• Contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
• We will return to re-clean the affected area(s) at no additional cost.
• Satisfaction claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a free re-clean.
1.2 Refund Eligibility for Services
We may issue a partial or full refund if:
• The scheduled service was not completed due to an error on our part.
• A significant complaint is made within 24 hours and cannot be resolved with a return visit.
• There was a billing error (e.g., duplicate charge).
We do not provide refunds if:
• Access to the property was blocked or unsafe.
• The client refuses the offered re-clean.
• The complaint involves pre-existing conditions, unrealistic expectations, or is reported too late.
1.3 Cancellations & Missed Appointments
• Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% charge.
• No-shows or locked-out situations may be charged 100% of the service fee.

SECTION 2: PRODUCT SALES
2.1 All Sales Final (Unless Defective)
All product sales are considered final once purchased. Returns or refunds are not accepted unless:
• The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
• You report the issue within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
2.2 Returns & Exchanges
If eligible for return or exchange:
• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• We reserve the right to deny returns for opened or used products unless clearly defective.
2.3 Refund Process for Products
If a refund is approved for a product:
• It will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Store credit or product replacement may be offered as an alternative.
